Q1. Can I place an order on call?

A1. Sorry, we don’t accept orders on call. However, you can email us at customercare@qdelo.com  or call our customer care number for any help related to placing an order.

Q2. How do I know my order is confirmed?

A2. We will send you an order confirmation email/SMS/Push notification once we receive your order.

Q3. How do I edit my order after placing it?

A3. Once you place the order you can not edit, if you need assistance; you can go and chat with our customer care executive in a help session.

Q4. How do I cancel my order?

Q5. If my order is canceled, how will I get my money back if I pay the online payment?

A5. By default, immediately you will get the money back to your Qdelo wallet, and you can use that for your next purchase.

Or upon request -You will get your money back to the same account you used to pay the payment. Based on the transfer time of your bank. The minimum credit back time will be 24-48 hrs.

Q6. If I pay the amount, and the order is not placed, what to do ?

A6. If your payment is deducted from your bank account and your order is not placed, you need to connect to Qdelo customer care with your transaction id. Your money will be refunded with immediate effect to the desired account/wallet as per your confirmation.
